What Is Included?

Evo Tents helps with the planning and the layout of your event. If requested, we will draw you a CAD image so you are able to see exactly what your event will look like. When booking with Evo Tents, the setup and takedown of the tent is included in the price. Tables and chairs are delivered in neat stacks under the tent or in a pre-defined location. Furniture can be set up by our staff, however, an additional fee may apply.


When Do You Set Up?

Rentals are delivered 1 - 3 days prior to your event and picked up 1 - 3 days after your event. If requested, we can deliver and pick up the same day, additional fees may apply.


Do I Need To Be Present For Set Up?

It is preferred if someone is present the day of install. However, it is not required. As long as the tent location has been marked out by items such as lawn furniture, sticks, etc, you do not need to be present when setting up. We require a phone number so we are able to contact you the day of if needed.


Do I Need A Permit?

In most towns, as long as the tent is 120 square feet or less, a permit is not needed. If your town requires a permit, we are able to process it for you. An additional fee may apply. You are also able to apply for the permit yourself if you would like.


Do You Service My Area?

We service most towns in Massachusetts. We also service parts of Connecticut and Rhode Island.


Is Delivery Included?

Delivery of rental items is an additional cost. Our delivery fee is based on distance from our warehouse, the size of the order, and amount of trucks/trips necessary to complete the job.


When Should I Book My Rentals?

As a rule of thumb, the sooner the better. Larger events are likely to require more time to plan because of size, permitting, and logistics. We try our best to accommodate all jobs regardless of when they book. It is best to book a few months out if possible.


How Do I Book My Rentals?

You can call, email, or send a message through our website. From there, a representative will reach out to discuss your event. After you agree to move forward, a contract is sent to you via email along with an invoice, of which 40% of it must be paid to reserve your rentals. The remainder of your balance must be paid 14 days from your event date.


What Happens If I Cancel?

When reserving a rental item for your event (tent, furniture, etc.), we begin to decline other potential clients who may also want this item. If you need to cancel your order, the deposit and any prepayments are non-refundable.

What Size Tent Do I Need?

Our sizing chart below assumes you will not have food, dancing, or a bar under the tent. Reach out to our friendly staff so we can assist you if you need help finding the right size.
