Frequently Asked Questions

  • Evo Tents helps with the planning and the layout of your event. If requested, we will draw you a CAD image so you are able to see exactly what your event will look like. When booking with Evo Tents, the setup and takedown of the tent rental is included in the price. Table and chair rentals are delivered in neat stacks under the tent or in a pre-defined location. Furniture can be set up by our staff, however, an additional fee may apply.

  • Event rentals are delivered 1 - 3 days prior to your event and picked up 1 - 3 days after your event. If requested, we can deliver and pick up the same day, additional fees may apply.

  • Our event rental service area includes most towns in Massachusetts. We also service parts of Connecticut and Rhode Island.

  • As a rule of thumb, the sooner the better. Larger events are likely to require more time to plan because of size, permitting, and logistics. We try our best to accommodate all jobs regardless of when they are booked. It is best to book your event rentals a few months out if possible.

  • Delivery of event rental items is an additional cost. Our delivery fee is based on distance from our warehouse, the size of the order, and amount of trucks/trips necessary to complete the job.
