When booking with Evo Tents, the setup and takedown of the tent rental is included in the price. Table and chair rentals are delivered in neat stacks under the tent or in a pre-defined location. Furniture can be set up by our staff, however, an additional fee may apply.

Event rentals are delivered 1 - 3 days prior to your event and picked up 1 - 3 days after your event. If requested, we can deliver and pick up the same day, additional fees may apply.

Our event rental service area includes most towns in Massachusetts. We also service parts of Connecticut and Rhode Island.
