Customer Pick-Up

For smaller events and select rental items, Evo Tents offers convenient customer pick-up options from our warehouse. This is a great solution for clients who prefer to handle transportation and setup themselves.

Important Pick-Up Information

• Reservation Required
All pick-up rentals must be reserved in advance (We do not accept walk-ins as our warehouse can be accessed by appointment only).

• Valid ID Required
A copy/photo of a valid driver’s license is required in advance to confirm the customer is legal to drive and 18+.

• Proper Vehicle Required
Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle can safely transport rented items by use of tie-downs, ratchet straps, etc.

• Cleaning & Return Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Additional fees may apply for damage or excessive cleaning.

• Pick-Up & Return Times
Pick-up and return windows will be scheduled prior to booking.

Please note: Tents, flooring, and specialty items require professional delivery and installation.
